This website is run by Picxele (Floatex Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) for the B2B Enterprise Summit. This page explains what happens to the details you share through the Express Interest form.
What we collect
When you submit the Express Interest form, we receive:
- how you'd like to take part (attend, speak, exhibit, sponsor or partner)
- your full name, work email, company and phone number
- the option that best describes you (for example founder, investor or enterprise leader)
- your designation, LinkedIn profile and message, if you choose to add them
- the time of submission and the page you submitted from
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about the summit: sharing pass, agenda and venue updates, and following up on speaking, exhibiting, sponsorship or partnership interest. We do not sell your details.
How your details reach us
Form submissions are delivered by email to contact@picxele.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. Interest in Enterprise Connect meetings does not guarantee a meeting; meetings are matched on fit and availability.
Stored in your browser
After you submit, your browser keeps a copy of your answers in its local storage so the form can recognise you if you return. This copy stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering them. The LinkedIn link in the footer takes you to LinkedIn, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to organise the summit and follow up with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you've shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@picxele.com.
